In Poultry & Meat processing, Refrigeration system are used for Processing Area, Chill Room, Blast freezer and Cold room to store the product.
Primary and secondary processing area are maintained at temperature of 20 ° C to 24 ° C. Chilled water used for cleaning of chicken are provided by water chiller with our efficient refrigeration systems.
Blast freezer used to cool the processed chicken from 4 ° C to -18 ° C with particular time limit. Frozen product is store in cold store at room temperature of -20 ° C.
