The product temperature is reduced drastically with high Air Flow in the Blast Room. The Products like Curd, Butter, Paneer , Fruits & Vegetables, etc., Can be Stored in the Blast Chiller.
In Cold Room the product required temperature is maintained and stored for long hours before distribution of the Product.
Frozen diary products like Curd & Butter, etc., are stored in Frozen Room, in the product is maintained below freezing point. For Curd frozen Room temperature is maintained at -20 °C to -22 °C.
